We are a Bay Area couple that has been navigating this thing called life for 16 years. We’ve had our ups and downs and realized that when we stick together we become more powerful as a couple. We want to share our life experiences, the good and the bad ones. We hope to inspire you as you reflect on your own personal life experiences. We are not marriage therapists or professionals but we have discovered the formula to live a happy and healthy life.
